The program I'm using is called Couch to 5K and its a 9 week program. Everyday, you move up a level until your able to run a full 5K without walking or stopping. That's my goal!

Keep up the great work Ash...I know its hard, I'm in the same boat as u and I have actually been really thinking about getting a treadmill myself. But for now I workout to Jillian/Biggest Loser videos and I really enjoy it! So I wish u luck and I know u can achieve ur goal!!! GO ASH GO!!! From: Stacey
