Legs hurt sooooo much today. Not used to all this running! Doing laundry and such around the house, then trying the next level of intervals.
The program I'm using is called Couch to 5K and its a 9 week program. Everyday, you move up a level until your able to run a full 5K without walking or stopping. That's my goal!
I'll keep y'all updated (yeah, I said y'all. I went there!) On my progress, and will update this later on tonight!

  1. Keep up the great work Ash...I know its hard, I'm in the same boat as u and I have actually been really thinking about getting a treadmill myself. But for now I workout to Jillian/Biggest Loser videos and I really enjoy it! So I wish u luck and I know u can achieve ur goal!!! GO ASH GO!!! From: Stacey
